Pricing policy
 
All prices include VAT at the current rate of 20% as set by HM Government tax collectors !

Returns policy
1, All tyres specially ordered are not returnable under any circumstances. We  will advise if this is the case.
2, All other items returned for refund under the distance selling regulations are subject to RETURN postage costs. Your original purchase cost and outbound post will be refunded in full. You are allowed a reasonable time to inspect the goods, we define this as 7 days from the day after you recieve the goods as specified in the Distance Selling Regulations.
3,If you decide you do not want the tyres within the 7 days, then you may return them for a refund without question (except special order tyres). You need to inform us of this in writing within the 7 day period. The return postage is not refundable
4,Wheels, we do NOT mail order wheels. 
5,The safe return of the goods is your responsibility, We suggest you use "Royal Mail" registered post or a similar recorded delivery courier service. We can arrange collection, but it will be more expensive if we organise it, and this cost will be deducted from your refund. Your refund  will be issued after we have recieved the goods, hence we suggest a "recorded delivery service" so that you can track their progress. The goods are your responsibility untill we have signed for their return.  Any disputes on condition and or faults will be arbitrated by the manufacturer. Their decission is final and binding.
7,Any accessories / fitting kits or parts missing will be charged at the full retail price.
8, We will not accept any unauthorised returns, Items will be rejected and returned to sender.

Wheel  Warranties
Our Alloy wheels are supplied with a limited 12 month warranty against material defects and workmanship. Any damage caused to Tyres or the vehicle are not covered under this warranty. Hi-Gloss, Superlook, Brite Metal, Gloss Black and Silver finish Wheels have a 12 month limited warranty against surface degradation subject to our fair usage policy. Black Diamond, Polished and Chrome Finish wheels do not carry a warranty. We do NOT offer any warranty against surface degradation & corrosion as the condition will entirely depend on customer care and maintenance. During the winter months, special care must be taken to wash and remove Road Salt and Grit. Only Neutral PH detergent cleaning materials should be used. The use of Acidic Cleaners to remove brake dust deposits will affect the clearcoat and alloy surfaces and should NOT be used. High Pressure water washers and the use of steam cleaning will also invalidate our wheels warranty. Damage dents and scratches caused by Abrasion or stone chips are not covered under this warranty. Fitment of wheels should only be undertaken by qualified persons. Damage incurred by dropping the wheels or during fitting with tyres or onto the vehicle is not covered in this warranty. If wheels are fitted incorrectly or the wrong nuts or incorrect centering rings (or centering rings are omitted) then any resulting damage is not covered in this warranty. Fitting of incorrect tyres will also invalidate this warranty. Once fitted to a vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for blemishes faults or buckled rims as this can take place after fitting. It is the customer's responsibility to check that our wheels and Tyres comply with the conditions of their insurance company. We cannot be held responsible for changes in the law or conditions of insurance companies that may affect the fitting of wheels or tyres purchased from us. Wheel nuts must be re checked and re-tightened before driving not more than 30 miles after fitting and again after an additional 50 miles. 
The Pit Stop (Mirfield) Ltd cannot be held liable for any resulting action what so ever, as the customer has been made aware of the changes to the vehicle and accepts all responsibility for their own decission to modify their own vehicle. Customers must inform their insurers of any and all modifications carried out.
Not informing the insurer may void any cover provided.
