1, Post is normally by "Fastway Couriers" or
"Royal Mail" (Secure recorded with tracking number & signed for delivery )

2, Some areas of the Scotish Highlands, Isles of Man / Isles
of White and Northern Ireland are subject to a surcharge. Please ask if
this applies to your postcode BEFORE purchasing. 3,I do not export to any other country. Any
money paid will be refunded !
4, Please ensure some body is in to accept delivery or further charges may be incurred. 5, Please check all goods at time of delivery, as nothing is dispatched damaged !

must be signed for as "NOT
CHECKED, PARCEL DAMAGED" 6, All
my goods are new and in perfect condition when they are dispatched and should reach you in the same
condition ! 7, If
in any doubt, refuse delivery, Once returned we will check the goods and then repost. Return to Web Shop
Returns policy
1, None stock parts specially ordered are not returnable under any circumstances.
2, All other items returned for refund under the distance
selling regulations are subject to RETURN postage costs. Your original purchase cost and outbound post will be refunded in full. You are allowed a reasonable time to inspect the goods,
we define this as 7 days from the day after you recieve the goods as specified in the Distance
Selling Regulations. 3,If you decide you do not want the goods within the 7 days, then you may return
them for a refund without question. You need to inform us of this within the 7 day period. The return postage
is not refundable 4,Wheels should be returned in their
original boxes with all supplied fittings & parts. (This is the safest way to protect the
wheels) Any goods that have been fitted / modified or
damaged will NOT be accepted for a refund under any circumstances. 5,The safe return of the goods is
your responsibility, We suggest you use "Royal Mail" registered post or a similar recorded
delivery courier service. We can arrange collection, but it will be more expensive if we organise it, and this cost will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be issued
after we have recieved the goods, hence we suggest a "recorded delivery service" so that
you can track their progress. The goods are your responsibility untill we have signed for their return. Any
disputes on condition and or faults will be arbitrated by the manufacturer. Their decission is final
and binding. 7,Any accessories / fitting kits or parts missing will be charged at the full retail
price.
